Hiya my unicorns! This past weekend was amazing. Firstly, one of my long time friends of 15+ years came to visit NYC again. So it's appears good to see my friends Chris again. We went with a group of friends to see Galantis.

Galantis performed at Schmanski in Brooklyn. The venue was fair but the event was heavily sold out (too much so). There's wasn't much room to stand - let alone dance. For those assholes who dance into people, stop it! There was this big guy booty shaking into my date. He didn't appreciate it that much. At least that's what he told me. Come to think of it. He didn't bother to move out of the guys way. INTERESTING!

Overall it was fun. Some people spilled some drinks on me. Thanks. My shoes drank it up lovely. As the night drew on, the filler EDM music started grating on me. I'm reminded of an episode of Black Mirror "San Junipero". The characters Yorkie and Kelly were perpetually stuck dancing in a club. Kelly was content, but Yorkie wondered if life was just this simple. Pretty deep stuff. Very touching too. Well- that's Black Mirror as a whole anyways.

Galantis started their set at 2:30am. When they launched - it was so hyped. And I'm so glad I was able to experience that with some awesome people.
